Free-to-play. Coins are virtual. No real money moves anywhere. By using the app you agree to the terms below — they're short for a legal document, but they still matter.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

What Call It is

Call It is a free-to-play cricket fantasy game. You build fantasy XIs from real-world IPL squads, watch live match scoring through our ball-by-ball gameboard, and compete in private and public leagues for ranking. You earn an in-app currency called “coins” for daily logins and other free in-game activities.

Coins are not money

Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods, services, cryptocurrency, or anything else of value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or purchased. They are a non-redeemable promotional currency provided solely to enable in-game progression and friend-group competition. We may at our discretion grant, withhold, adjust, expire, or reset coin balances at any time, including when fixing bugs, recovering from incidents, or addressing abuse.

Fantasy gameplay

  • Up to five fantasy XIs per match, subject to the published role and budget constraints (1-2 wicket-keepers, 3-6 batters, 1-4 all-rounders, 3-6 bowlers; max 7 players from one team; 105 credit budget).
  • Teams lock at the scheduled match start time. No edits accepted after.
  • Captain, vice-captain, and power-token assignments may be changed before lock and (for the second-innings captain) before the second innings starts.
  • Scoring is performed by an automated worker polling live cricket data. We make a reasonable best effort to score correctly but cannot guarantee zero errors. Disputes via in-app support; we review and adjust where appropriate.

Leagues

  • Private leagues are created by users with an invite code shared among friends. Public and global leagues are operated by us.
  • All leagues compete on fantasy-points ranking only. There are no entry fees, no prize pools, and no real-money or coin-stake transactions associated with joining or playing in a league.
  • We may delete or close any league that is empty, unused, or in violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of policy.
  • Access another user's account, fantasy team, ticket history, or any data not your own.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically pull data from the App except via use authorised in writing.
  • Bypass rate limits, fraud-prevention controls, or scoring logic; manipulate or exploit timing windows; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; coordinate with others to manipulate leaderboards.
  • Submit support tickets containing harassment, threats, or obviously false claims to obtain unwarranted refunds.
  • Buy, sell, trade, or transfer in-app coins, accounts, or credentials, on or off-platform.

Violations may result in coin clawbacks, league entry forfeits, suspension, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in good faith that you have violated these Terms, attempted to exploit the App, or engaged in conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app (Me tab → Delete account) or by emailing iamarchon@proton.me from your registered address.

IP, warranties, liability

Cricket fixture, ball-by-ball, lineup, and player data is sourced from third-party providers and remains their property. The App's code, design, and fantasy scoring rules are our intellectual property. Player likenesses and team marks belong to their respective owners.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available; that scores or fantasy points will be free of errors; or that data feeds from third parties will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Because coins have no monetary value, loss or reset of coins does not constitute compensable damage.

Your responsibility & store relationship

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App is lawful in the jurisdiction where you access it. Fantasy sports laws, age restrictions, and taxation rules vary by country, state, and province; we make no representation that the App is permitted in your location, and you are responsible for verifying this before you sign in. You further represent that you are legally entitled to use the App under all applicable laws.

The App is licensed to you by us, not by Apple Inc. (“Apple”) or Google LLC (“Google”). Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, warranty, or refund relating to the App. Apple and Google bear no responsibility for any claim by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements; (c) intellectual property infringement; and (d) consumer-protection or similar claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or any professional representation through the App, and nothing in the App or on this site should be interpreted as such. If you require legal or tax counsel relating to fantasy sports participation, please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration in California, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial or class-action participation.

We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are communicated in-app before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
