In-app support
The fastest way to get help is from inside the app: open the Me tab → Support → tap New ticket. Tickets are tagged with your account automatically and routed to the right person.
Common topics
Login or sign-in issues
If “Sign in with Apple” or “Sign in with Google” fails, double-check that you're using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally signed up with. Tickets that include a screenshot of the error get resolved fastest.
Scoring questions
Fantasy points are calculated automatically from official ball-by-ball data within seconds of the live event. If you spot a discrepancy, email us with the match name, the player, and the over/ball you're asking about and we'll investigate.
Lost teams, missing coins, or wrong leaderboard rank
These are usually data sync issues that resolve within a few minutes. If the problem persists after force-closing and reopening the app, email us with the match name and your in-app display name.
Coins, payments, refunds
All coins, prices, and amounts in Call It are virtual. Coins cannot be purchased, redeemed for cash, transferred outside the app, or exchanged for goods or services. There are no real-money transactions in the app at this time, and therefore no refunds to issue.
Account deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Email iamarchon@proton.me with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address registered on your account. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or anti-abuse purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
